We can supply thermophilic acid lactic cultures of BIOPROX France, for all yoghurt types:

The customer can also choose the flavor, such as:

Protective Cultures

Protective cultures are a special category.

Protective cultures that consists of a blend of patended lactobacillus strains, that have been sellected and designed for optimal yeast and mould inhibition in yoghurt.

Controlling yeast and mould spoilers throughout self life.


STABILIZERS – EMULSIFIERS – MILK PROTEINS

Our company provides stabilizers, emulsifiers and milk proteins in pure form or combinatios:

  • Gelatin
  • Mologlycerides
  • Caseins
  • Whey proteins
  • Whole milk proteins

All above systems improve the final texture of dairy products, succeeding excellent stabilization.

Our company provides pure products, such as mono- & di-glycerides, lactic esters, carrageenans, alginates e.t.c., or combinations of the above for the production of dairy cream.

They give:

  • Syneresis control
  • Freeze – Thaw stability
  • Excellent whipping properties
  • Reduce whipping time

For Chocolate Milk, we can provide high quality carrageenans which provide excellent texture and stabilize the cocoa suspension. At the same time stops cocoa particles from settling at the bottom.

For the production of milk based desserts or creams, we can provide stabilizers such as carrageenans, gelatin e.t.c., pure or in combinations, capable of producing any desirable texture at the end product.

For the dairy product Kefir, our company provides special lactic cultures of BIOPROX, with various taste and texture profiles (strong, mild taste – low, medium, high viscosity).

 

 

LACTIC ACID CULTURES

Our company provides wide range of cultures, thermophilic, mesophilic strains, aroma, probiotic, pure or combinations of the above, of BIOPROX, for the production of all kind of cheese, such as:
